I Got Wood Pty Ltd Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Delivery to Site: Once an order is placed we will make contact with you to organise a suitable delivery date. Delivery costs are determined by the delivery site postcode, where the cost is not listed please call our office for a quote. Please note that a specific delivery time will be an estimate only, although we would do our best to be as close to estimated times as possible. Deliveries will only be made to the nature strip unless organised prior.

Damaged or Faulty Goods: We will refund or exchange any items that are faulty. We will need to be notified within 7 days of the item being received. If the item was delivered we will exchange via our delivery service. If the item was picked up from our yard you will be responsible for returning it to our yard. (We can arrange for the item to be picked up at your expense)

Change of mind Returns/Refunds: In the case of change of mind returns a refund or credit will be offered provided the items are in original condition. A request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. The same conditions apply in the case of over ordering. If the items were originally delivered the initial delivery fee will be forfeited. If the items are required to be picked up there will be an additional delivery fee added. Where a custom order has been placed or machining has be carried out the item cannot be returned. A 10% restocking fee may be applied.

We endeavour to keep all items listed on our website in stock, however where an item has become unavailable we will contact you to find a suitable alternative.

All refunds will be given via the original payment method.
